Bapcor is Australia’s leader in the automotive category, housing big names such as Autobarn, Burson Auto Parts, Midas, Truckline with over 50+ brands and over 100+ private label brands under one roof. 

Bapcor has seen significant change after an acquisition blitz and Rumblr was tasked with developing the roadmap for their digital transformation and execution of multiple transformation projects to help get their house in order on a large scale, across multiple business units and brands.

This was one of the most fun projects we have undertaken, working alongside multiple Bapcor teams and leaders helping shift the organisation from reactive to proactive and systems from opaque to transparent, saving on costs and improving standards and ways of working across the organisation.
