The Melbourne School of Engineering is no exception with their 2025 strategy. A key component of their strategy is growing the size and diversity of their staff in order to drive innovation and develop the transformative technologies of the future.

Rumblr was engaged by MSE to help develop a Talent Acquisition function that seamlessly aligned to their 2025 strategy, with particular focus on increasing the number of female academics at the School.
