LongView is a Melbourne real estate agency founded by property investors for property investors. How do you effectively build trust in an industry that is associated with the opposite?

To better inform our marketing strategy, we carried out a comprehensive marketing research piece for LongView, which included both quantitative and qualitative methods.
We used this data to better frame and communicate LongView’s unique value proposition, identify their key selling points for different customer segments, as well as tailor our execution plan to better target the most effective communication channels for the various segments.

We created a seamless customer journey to reinforce the authenticity of the organisation, and to prevent customer drop-off along the way. From website UX and optimisation to email automations, getting the house in order helped propel the success of subsequent phases of the campaign.
