Driving user registrations through large scale competitions and offers we were able to increase the size of their customer database by 24K users in 8 weeks.
We overhauled their CRM and Email infrastructure, set-up hyper segmented, customer database which continues to learn. Drawing on this customer knowledge we were able to draw up a holistic digital strategy to increase sales and market penetration.
Launching two new products over two months, resulting in an 40% increase in website traffic, and 1.2M in sales and a 17X ROAS across paid channels and email campaigns.
