Atomos came to us with a challenge. Helping their globally loved product business build the infrastructure needed to learn more about their customers, and drive global growth via product launches, e-commerce strategy on top of launching large scale global campaigns across paid and organic digital channels.

Rumblr worked to overhaul Atomos’ email marketing, data management and paid marketing strategies in order to build an intelligent customer database, stronger brand communications, drive higher consumer demand and launch new products globally increasing uplift and performance for the sales and marketing functions.

Build the infrastructure & launch products globally

Working with the Atomos team, we developed a growth strategy and execution plan redefining the customer journey and identifying opportunities to capture and act upon customer data.

Driving user registrations through large scale competitions and offers we were able to increase the size of their customer database by 24K users in 8 weeks.

We overhauled their CRM and Email infrastructure, set-up hyper segmented, customer database which continues to learn. Drawing on this customer knowledge we were able to draw up a holistic digital strategy to increase sales and market penetration.
